While it may be the dead of winter for many of you, the sun was shining bright and it was warmish in Oakland so I could not resist posting this soup. No heat required and the added bonus of kefir to go with your veggies. Kefir is so good for you and many people who cannot tolerate milk do quite well on Kefir, especially if it is from goats. Goat milk generally has less lactose and more calcium than cow’s milk and is the most beautiful white ever. Prijatnovo appetita!
