I help people over 50 to boost their energy, lose weight, sleep better and increase mental performance so that they can feel better, sharper and more confident.

My job is to debunk the diet myths, clear out all of the internet clutter of misinformation and provide you a customized plan based on solid nutrition that will taste great; leave you satisfied; and support mind, body and soul.

 Curriculum and Coaching

In other words, I am your nutrition project manager and tech support. During our strategy session, we will work to discover the root cause of your symptoms. I will provide you with a specific, strategically-developed personal plan that includes:

  • lifestyle modifications to reduce stress, sleep better and have more energy
  • healing foods to improve digestion and the cause of root issues
  • scheduled support meetings to review progress and make adjustments
  • program guide that lays the groundwork for continued success

It Sounds Like Work

It is work. But it is also love. Love for yourself because you deserve to feel as good as you can.

Have you ever worked with a physical therapist or a personal trainer? It’s hard work. But it is efficient work. They do an analysis and provide the best plan for success. And that’s what I do, too.

I give you the paint brush and scaffolding (the how and the why), but you have to paint the picture of your new life.

One-on-One Coaching

Your Transformation Program:

This is your 12 week immersion course where we do a deep dive into your current state of health, what your goals are, the steps you need to take to meet your goals and how I will guide you to success. The great news is that you will start feeling better from the get go and you will be set from here on out.

Twelve weeks of educational materials, guidance and support + 7 one-on-one sessions:

Session 1 Initial Intake (up to 60 minutes), by phone, Skype or in-person*

Session 2 Findings and Recommendations (up to 90 minutes), by phone, Skype or in-person*

Sessions 3-6 Program Check-Ins (30 minutes each), by phone or Skype

Session 7 Phase 2 Transformation Program (up to 60 minutes), by phone, Skype or in-person*

I spend 10-12 hours researching and developing each Transformation Program. I will take into consideration your current health status, potential root causes of any issues, and your personal likes and preferences to ensure that the protocol will meet your goals, personality and lifestyle. *In-person meetings are limited to 20-mile radius to Oakland, CA


Your Back on Track Program:

This program is for those how are fairly healthy but may have noticed a few things that have changed and need addressed before they become a larger issue. We will look at your current state of health, what your goals are, the steps you need to take to meet your goals.

4 weeks of educational materials and support including two one-on-one sessions:

Session 1 Initial Intake (up to 60 minutes), by phone, Skype or in-person*

Session 2 Findings and Recommendations (up to 90 minutes), by phone, Skype or in-person*
