Today I offer a delightful soup: Creamy Dreamy Watercress Soup
It is the prettiest pale green and looks amazing with a swirl of yogurt or kifir and a sprinkle of herbs. The recipe calls for whole lemon cubes which are a cinch to make and endlessly useful. Never again will you be out of lemon juice. And the great news is that freezing preserves the nutrients. It maybe cloudy outside but you now have sunshine inside. enjoy!
