Good nutrition is more than eating well. It is also ensuring that we eat and live clean. By this I mean we need to buy clean produce and ingredients for our cooking and clean products for our home to the ability that our resources and budget allow. Look to purchase organic, pesticide-free, and non-GMO. Try to avoid heavy metals and BPA and other bisphenols that can make their way into our lives.
